Essential Crispy Tofu in the Oven / Air Fryer


  1. 1-2 blocks Weekday Food soy-free tofu
  2. 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Set oven to 400º F.
  2. Drain tofu and pat dry. (No need to press!) Cut into cubes, fingers, or whatever shape you like.
  3. Place tofu on baking sheet and coat with extra-virgin olive oil. Since the tofu is a bit delicate, we suggest pouring the olive oil over the top and working it onto all sides of the tofu pieces with your fingers.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Halfway through, flip the cubes with a spatula. If they are sticking to the sheet, work the edge of the spatula beneath them to preserve the crispy skins.
  5. Remove from oven and serve while hot!
