Refund policy

If you bought one of our products and you're unhappy (about the product, not in general), we want to make it right.

We offer full refunds with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. Without a receipt, we require ID. For a complete description of how we safeguard personal information, please take a look at our Privacy Policy.

Because our food is fresh, and we can only guarantee it is handled appropriately before it is purchased, we do not accept returns of our products.

Though we hope it doesn't come to this, if we suspect that your return is fraudulent, we do reserve the right to reject your request for a refund.
