Just chickpeas cooked with mirepoix. That’s onions-carrots-celery, not French for mustache. These chickpeas are as delicious as cooking them from scratch (because that’s what we did), but as convenient as opening a can. Needless to say, if nutritional facts were a beauty contest, chickpeas would be Miss North Dakota every year.
