What a great alternative when I want tacos or nachos. Right now I'm eating them cold with tortilla chips (as I type this review). But I've also heated them up, put them over a bed of chips and sprinkled some cheese on top. Great rolled up in a flour or corn tortilla as a taco as well. If you want mexican without the meat, these are 100% the best choice.
Loved to scrum these with some tortilla chips and a little jalapeño salsa and crema!
